Datujudi Terms and Conditions — Official Platform Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the datujudi platform — whether through the official website at datujudi.app, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other interface provided by datujudi — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy datujudi, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and datujudi.

Datujudi reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the website or app through an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the datujudi platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use datujudi services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities
• Not listed on any active gambling self-exclusion program
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Register under your own name only — each individual is only permitted to own one account

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. datujudi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your datujudi account login information secure, including your username and password. Key responsibilities related to account management are as follows:

• Do not share your password or account details with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings
• Notify datujudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

Datujudi shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All activity that occurs in your account before a valid report of lost access is received by datujudi is your sole responsibility.

A datujudi account is for personal use only. Any form of account transfer, account sale, or use of an account by a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without compensation.

Datujudi supports a variety of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and crypto assets such as USDT and BTC. All deposits are subject to the following minimum and maximum limits:

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in the registered member's name. datujudi reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership if any discrepancy is found. Deposits from third parties, third-party credit cards, or unverifiable sources will be declined and returned.

Datujudi is committed to processing all eligible withdrawals promptly and transparently. To make a withdrawal, members must have completed KYC verification and meet the following requirements:

• Sufficient account balance after deducting any applicable minimum withdrawal limits
• All rollover requirements for received bonuses have been fully met
• The chosen withdrawal method must match the original deposit method (for verification purposes)
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits must not exceed the limits set according to VIP tier

Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes for methods such as DuitNow and FPX. Crypto withdrawals require blockchain network confirmation, which typically takes between 10 minutes and one hour depending on network congestion.

Datujudi offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. General conditions applicable to all datujudi bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered a datujudi account
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or directly converted to cash
• Datujudi reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through means considered to be abusing the promotions system
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the promotion terms; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited

Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating between different accounts to exploit promotions, or any form of bonus system abuse is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances including wins.

All games available on the datujudi platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including datujudi itself.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the following policy applies:

• Should a game be interrupted due to a connection issue on the player's end, bets already placed will not be refunded unless it can be proven that the failure occurred on the datujudi server
• Should a technical failure occur on the datujudi server, all affected bets will be refunded to member accounts within 24 hours
• Any wins obtained during a confirmed server-side technical disruption are valid and will be fully credited

For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final. Any dispute regarding a Live Casino game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident, along with the game session number.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the datujudi platform and may result in permanent account closure, fund freezing, and legal action:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to play automatically
• Any form of hacking, cyberattack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to datujudi systems
• Money laundering or using the datujudi platform for any illegal financial activity
• Collusion between players to cheat the game system, particularly in poker or Live Casino games
• Using insider information or any information not available to the public when placing bets
• Creating an account in someone else's name or using a false identity
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geo-restrictions

Datujudi reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via account settings or by contacting datujudi customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded within seven business days after the account closure process is complete, subject to full KYC verification and no outstanding disputes.

For accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, datujudi reserves the right to freeze the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be fully forfeited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, datujudi is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond datujudi's control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or regulatory decisions
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages arising from use of the platform
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible via links within the datujudi platform

Datujudi provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. That said, datujudi will always strive to ensure the platform operates stably and securely for all members.

Datujudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, datujudi endeavors to inform members of significant changes through:

• In-app notification on the datujudi mobile app
• Announcement on the datujudi website homepage
• Update the "Updated" date at the top of this Terms and Conditions document

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the datujudi platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
